Your family isn't alone in this.

Made by a parent, for parents and caregivers. But this only works if we build it together.

I built this because
my family needed it.

I'm a stay-at-home father of five, including autistic twins. I was tired of watching families — my family included — navigate this without a real community behind them.

There's no team. No investors. No salary. Just one parent with a laptop and a belief that if we build the right place, families will show up for each other the way they always do when it matters.

So I taught myself to code. And I built nyceville — a village where parents share what actually works, find real resources in their state, and advocate together for their children. Because no parent should have to figure this out alone.

Not likes. Solutions.

When you ask a question on nyceville, you choose what kind of answers you need — Solutions, Support, Experiences, or Opinions. Then the community responds with exactly that.

No algorithms deciding what you see. No strangers arguing in your comments. Just parents helping parents with answers that are specific, actionable, and voted on by other families who've been there.

Real questions.
Parent-tested answers.

"My son had a meltdown at the grocery store and I froze. What do you do in public when nothing works?"

Questions like this deserve more than a thumbs up. On nyceville, parents vote on answers with "Worked," "Trying It," or "Didn't Work" — building a Solutions Score you can actually trust and share with your child's team.

  • + Share your Solutions Score with teachers, therapists, and doctors
  • + Sort by what's actually working for families like yours
  • + Anonymous posting so you can ask anything safely

This isn't left or right.
This is about your family.

Your child's access to services shouldn't depend on which party is in power. nyceville helps you see who's fighting for your family — and gives you the tools to reach the ones who aren't. Not to attack them. To give them the chance to do the right thing.

See where your
state stands.

nyceville tracks coverage across all 50 states so you can see — at a glance — whether your state is protecting programs like TEFRA and Katie Beckett that your family depends on. No digging. No policy jargon. Just clear answers.

Know their record.
Let them hear from you.

nyceville puts your representatives' voting records at your fingertips. Not to tell you what to think — but to help you see who's showing up for your family and who isn't. And for those who haven't? This is their chance to hear from you. People can change — but only if they know you're paying attention.

Press send.
That's all it takes.

Advocacy can be as simple as sending one email. We've written it for you. All you have to do is press send. And if they still won't stand with your family after hearing from you — well, as a parent, your vote goes where your family goes.

Your state. Your resources.
Your support system.

Every state has programs most parents never hear about. nyceville finds them for you — financial support, TEFRA and Katie Beckett programs, Medicaid waivers, SSI, ABLE accounts, early intervention services, and crisis support lines. Organized by state. Updated for your family.

The village needs you.

nyceville isn't a finished product — it's a community taking shape. The parents and caregivers who join now aren't just users. You're the ones shaping what this becomes. Your input, your encouragement, your stories — that's what turns this from one parent's idea into a home for all of us.
