Accessibility Statement

Effective: February 16, 2026

nyceville is committed to making our website and app accessible to as many people as possible.

We are actively working to ensure that nyceville.com and the nyceville mobile application are usable and inclusive for individuals with different abilities, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice tools.

Accessibility is not an afterthought for us — it's part of how we think about community, equity, and support from the beginning. The families we serve navigate complex systems every day. The least we can do is make sure our own platform doesn't add to that burden.

Our Ongoing Efforts

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our efforts include:

Providing sufficient color contrast throughout the app and website.

Using clear, readable typography and logical content structure.

Ensuring interactive elements are accessible via keyboard and assistive technologies.

Supporting platform-level accessibility features on iOS and Android, including VoiceOver, TalkBack, and Dynamic Type.

Continuously testing and improving the app based on user feedback.

While we continue to improve, some areas of the website and app may still be evolving. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to making progress with every update.
