Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your nyceville account and all associated data.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open the nyceville app
- Tap your profile picture (top left)
- Tap Account in the menu
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, send us an email and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address you used to sign up
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, photo, state)
- Your child profile data
- All posts, questions, and answers you've written
- Your group memberships
- Your care log entries
- Your message history
- Your voting and activity history
- Your authentication credentials
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Anonymous posts will remain visible but will no longer be connected to your identity.
